A speedo for the older crowd, August 22, 2005 This review is from: Speedo Men's Quantum Splice Jammer Bathing Suit (Apparel) I was looking for a workout swimsuit that would reduce the drag of a normal swimsuit, but I did not want something as small (skimpy) as the standard speedo (I'm not in high school anymore). The Jammer (board shorts length) was a good compromise---I don't feel like I'm sacraficing performance.

very tight right above knees, January 30, 2008 By This review is from: Speedo Men's Quantum Splice Jammer Bathing Suit (Apparel) I am a size 30 in jeans so I thought it would be fine if I ordered a size 32. I had seen other posts recommending that. I got a size 32 and everything fit nicely except for the part above the knees. It felt really tight, like if was going to cut off blood flow. I am super fit, swimmer build but I guess my thighs are above average thickness.
I've ordered a size 34 and am waiting for it to arrive to compare.
PLEASE NOTE: You might have to order 1 to 2 sizes bigger depending on the thickness of your legs.
Otherwise, they seem to be a great product. I still haven't tried them out in the pool as I am waiting for the 34's to arrive and see which size I keep. They look super cool though!

Gets floppy after a while., September 25, 2009 By This review is from: Speedo Men's Quantum Splice Jammer Bathing Suit (Apparel) I agree with a couple of the previous reviews. I swim five days a week and these lasted about 6 months before they got stretched out. The backside is showing some wear too (right in the crack). They are really tight around the knees and they come down about an inch too low for my taste as they tend to ride right into the back of the knee at the fold. I would have preferred they stay up an inch or two on the thigh.
They do look cool, and they were pretty good for a few months, but I'm looking for something better.
